Stacey Warwick
Director
I currently live in Great Wakering in Essex. I have been associated with the Southend and Essex Area in the property industry for over 10 years. I have also worked in Hockley, Rochford and Rayleigh, having lived and grown up in the surrounding areas. I have a deep understanding of many local towns to give advice to people looking to move. My aspiration is to create a legacy to pass the business to future generations.
Since launching my company, I have successfully helped numerous buyers and sellers achieve their dreams of moving to their forever home. I care passionately about serving my local community in Great Wakering and Thorpe Bay.
I fully understand the emotions when moving and offer a bespoke and personal service, where I speak to my clients consistently to discuss progress. I have developed a proactive marketing strategy and capture buying leads to maximize the sale price of my customer’s properties.

I have always taken interest in and looked up to those individuals who could sell assets such as properties with ease due to their experience and ability to connect with customers. I believe that through hands-on learning I could also become a professional in the trade, capable of success and attaining clientele.
With help from my hobby of acting lessons, I am very confident and have many attributes I could share with my work team. I aspire to be a business woman with multiple revenue streams and opportunities through out the business sector. However, properties will remain important to my agenda as I hope to both develop architecturally and sell these assets. I feel I have always had a positive mindset in times of uncertainty and that I use creativity to channel my potential through.
Kay Scowen

I have been working in Administration and Finance since the age of 17 and have always loved what I do working with a team to provide the best possible service for my clients. In 1999 I started my first job as a Trainee Administrator for a Legal firm in the Docklands called Legal Cost Negotiators, typing legal letter for the barristers and general administration duties as well as studying for my qualification as administrator for around 9 months.
Since then I have worked with a Haulage firm closer to home called Canute Haulage Ltd, where I was drove my team forward and was promoted to Purchase Ledger Team Leader. Following this, I started with a firm called Olympus KeyMed as Senior Accounts Purchase Ledger Supervisor. I supervised a team of 8 Accounts Payable Clerks, and I dealt with major contract clients, ensuring their invoices were processed and their accounts we being maintained. I left Olympus Keymed after 5 years to start my family, which I now have two beautiful girls who are growing up fast. Family is everything to me and put it at the centre of everything I do in life.
I am now starting my new adventure within the property industry after selling and buying our current property learning the process first hand, I know the struggles, trials and tribulations clients are faced with and I am looking forward to using my experience to help others through one of the most stressful times of their lives.

I graduated in Marketing from the University of Southampton in 2020, where I initially found my passion for social media. It started when I decided to write my final-year dissertation on how social media’s beauty standards and how they’ve affected the mental health of young women. Through this I learnt and dissected the toxic tendencies of social media’s usages of e-commerce, influencers and beauty trends.
From there-on, I decided to start my career in content creation and vowed to use social media as a tool that benefits others and promotes wellbeing. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many businesses in various industries to promote businesses and advertise services. I started my journey with Stacey by being hired by Keller Williams as a content creator on a short-term contract. Almost immediately, I found that Stacey would greatly benefit from my help in growing her online presence.
We got along so well and the work-dynamic was natural, so much that she wanted me to stay on with her after my contract ended with KW. I really enjoy being a part of Stacey’s team; she’s very hard working and generous. Anyone who knows her can see how dedicated she is to her clients. I’m excited to see Stacey’s business further flourish and what I’ll learn from her.
